Cooldown for kicking a cheater

Hello, I recently got a cool-down for kicking a cheater in my team, what should we do, let him play anyway and ruin our game? it is very disappointing that we are discouraged to keep the game clean and get rid of cheaters. Can you please remove my cool-down?

but you should address this to CS2 developers. They created a possibility to vote against your teammates. So there are a lot of trolls who vote for fun and kick good players.

I would understand kicking a bot or a player that is trying to make you lose. But if they are trying to win then you should not kick them..
