i had a 3080 before and now an 4080 which never exceeds 45c even with higher demanding games.

I'm guessing the gpu hotspot is hitting 102C? Same with mine. Running lower than native resolution with optimized for performance.
It literally does this in 0 other games I play. Just cs2. What the hell is it doing? This is a problem I have noticed just recently since one of the more recent updates. My temps would chill at around 67C but my Hotspot is hitting over 100
I can run RDR2 at twice the resolution I run cs2 at, cap the fps to 100, and on an amd card, the temps never go above 77C
The game needs optimization, but everything that needs fixing has to be done first to minimize the prevalence of glitches and bugs from updating the games files
