what we need is increased precision of mouse movement (aiming), instead of overpowering adad aiming, spamming
its ok to run and gun with machineguns as long there is an efficient way to counter it , but there isnt since mouse input and hitreg isnt precise enough , most likely by game design and not because of gameengine or netcode limitations
the question isnt about if you could , its about if u should , no u shouldnt be able to , like with all available mouse options , but its up to valve
You might, however, be banned by 3rd parties like Faceit, ESEA, Esportal, etc.
