remove bots from premier
it's frustrating when i get bots on my team, i'd rather just wait longer to play with real people

…? there are no bots in competitive modes (including premier) for a long time already, and when there were they were only "connecting" instead of a real player who has left

i could've sworn i just played with several bots? they didn't say BOT like they used to but they played very similarly, maybe valve is trying to implement hidden fake player bots like some other games do?

most likely those were XP farming bots then... not Valve-made bots, but community-driven bots =) like in TF2..

I didn't know they let their bots into premier even, but, actually, why not let them play as stacks of 2? I don't see a problem here (except for even faster trust factor reduction), that way the remaining 3 players on the team, who can't kick those 2 bots, actually do something to win as much rounds as possible or even the entire match, because it's in their best interests, and those bots are just going to receive XP for those won rounds. unique parasitic strategy...:D really wish I won't run into them in my matches, or this game will become unplayable without a full premade stack..

well of course unless Valve does something against those bots in the future like they recently did for CS2 and even more recently for TF2, but I guess the community will need to reviewbomb CS2 too for that to happen huh =\

old pve bots are not in the game anymore, but one can code a cheat to mimic old bots' behavior exactly (yes, radio commands too, and even chat messages, pings and more), except for navigation maybe

The majority of 'players' are bots, was the same in CS:GO, now they just call them "AI bots". First it was mostly Vladve-bots, but today it is all kinds of bots from all around the world. You can't see the difference between a human or a bot.

And some of those that are not bots, are humans, but humans with cheats. Today it is the minority who are humans.

People still play thinking they play multiplayer, but the majority of players are playing single player. You should play more LAN.
I know that you're joking, but if that were to be the case, Valve would have been the most successful AI company in the world. nobody has accomplished the feat of making bots so believable, Valve even generate unique profiles for all of them, previous and alt accounts, instagram and other social network accounts, these bots talk more human-like than anything you could ever get from the newest ChatGPT, they generate screenshots and videos of their games much better than any top-tier image or video generation AI services.. cool! (but can't make the anticheat with that knowledge and success in the AI field)

I am not joking. Using a cheat, makes you a bot, not you playing. I didn't say Vladve are the only ones using bots. Large amounts muslims, asians, africans, americans, russians all around the planet uses bots. Some use bots to create accounts to sell. Some use bots just to fk it up. Many of the bots are created by the people over at Riot, valorant. And from many other companies to fk up things.
well, I think that as long as the gameplay process is not fully automated, that's not a bot playing the game, but a cheater. not that it really matters, it's just that it's easier for others to understand what you are talking about (not forcing you to distinguish between cheaters and bots)

I'm not sure that Riot could go as far as trying to ruin CS2 with their bots to win the competition, but… who knows… if that ever turns out to be the case I'll become paranoid for the rest of my life I guess =\

Or you could not be a toxic human being and try helping them and give them advice and suggestions. Offer to help and educate. ORRRRR go and complain about them behind their backs. The difference between an adult and a child, lol.

or the matchmaking system could work and not put people who know to play on the same team as "bots" (expecting people to carry shidders with 10 year bought accounts over and over)

"the middle of a game you're trying to win" isn't the place to give advice and learn stuff

i still see people who don't run with their knife out from spawn in like gold nova whatever ranks

i did that then they started to teamkill and say mean words. perhaps this was a feature the bot devs added to discourage using bot commands
