Why is Premier queue taking so long for some folks and not to others?

i mean, when i play alone i can't play premiere, the expected time is set for like 2 mins ans when it's 2 min on the clock the expected goes up.

once i keep waiting until 30 minutes to try to play premier, but valve simply do not allow me to play.

when i'm with some friend i can play, waiting 2 to 3 mins, but never alone. I can play competitive alone though.

i have never cheated, ever, there is no reason for this.

why Valve?

This game supposedly doesnt have lpq, but I think some form of it must exist, separate from trust factor.
