Well, but only in CS2 the cheat tools are sold in public. There was even a free build tool on Github too.
Even the newer FPS games have their ways to prevent cheating, Valve can study from them though. But I'm sure that they don't want spend money to create a good anti-cheat.
Good hardware don't give you a supernatural power that you can aim right to the enemies head behind the walls. A cheat tool do. Want a proof? Iniuria, Midnight, etc...
Sad. I don't know what the purpose of cheating is.
