my bind cmd will auto save.

when I use bind command, for example bind "a" "+showscores", this cmd will auto save to cs2_user_keys_0_slot0.vcfg even I don't use host_writeconfig cmd.
This result differs from the expectation of the command. I wonder if host_writeconfig auto-runs when exit the game
I just deleted all my cfg and reinstall the game, but this issue still exists

Unless your config files or the folder they're in aren't set to "read-only" the game will always try to save the changes you're making to file even without host_writeconfig.
So no, this is intended behavior and not a bug.
