Except some very low skill groups for fun, where guys do aces with Negev or camp on an enemy AWPers and so on.
The only cool thing Valve can do about it is to add model replacement like skins.
So, for example, you buy a "H&K G36K skin" for M4A4 and your M4A4 is replaced by G36, but it has the same stats and timings as M4A4. Valve will get money, people will get new guns. A win for everyone.
I'm not sure which model that is, Scar-L or Scar-H. The Scar-20 in the current state is just not it.
