Cs2 with Gsync+Vsync feels Way better why? With it off its feels juttery and slow
with a added +10-20Ms latency its a good trade off vs feeling like the game is at 120hz,I play even better with the increase in visual fluidity as well, I was never the one to advocate using such sync technologies but after trying out with the new Gsync update, the game feels BUTTERRRRRRR. If anyone here wants a boost in "smoothness" try it out. there is next to no impact on my input delay, game feels snappy asf which results in my gameplay increasing.

If anyone knows why please tell me, Other games I dont use any Sync and feels just as smooth at 240hz/240fps. Only cs2 benefits from this for me. cs2 has always feels slow for me since

BTW: Im using VVR on my display with Gsync on / vsync OFF in game, fps cap 237

NCVP: Gsync ON / Vsync ON / Triple buffering OFF

did you try also turning on Nvidia Reflex? that should take care of input latency

lmao thats the most basic recommendation, its basically max pre rendered frames, which on sets to 1

cyberpunk is more optimized than cs2

I tried. And it's so cool that I won't go back to the first settings.

you said cs2 benefit from Vsync, i just disable it thinking it would automaticly do it for me since ive done it on csgo, and i just hit 260 constant FPS (after hiting constant drop and max 165fps with vsync on) run like butter now

youre saying with Vsync OFF, your able to get higher fps? or other way around?, sorry your comments didnt make sense to me.

Vsync doesnt affect max fps lol, it acts as a cap

yeah thats normal, anything over your monitor refresh rate = visual smoothness < Input latency, I personally favor smoothness and i play 18-22K premier rank

also, If you use a nvidia card, Vsync Fast will prrevent tearing AND not cap your fps, along side that you also wont get any latency that regular vsync has, try it out, look for the option ( fast) next to the vsync option

For v sync fast... Do you need to turn on gsync as well ? Right now i have a 240hz monitor with v sync fast + g sync + 240fps cap

Same here, game feels incredibly bad, can't fullu enjoy 240hz. I resisted to do it but activating vsync helps a lot
