Workshop maps - Cant establish connection to game server

Hey.
I cannot play CS2 workshop maps. I was literally playing on workshop maps an hour earlier.
The map loads and i get error message "Cant establish connection to game server".

Before this happened i disabled windows defender live protection and some start-up apps.
Re-enabling those did not work either.
I can join a workshop map if a friend invites me and hosts it.
I can still play official and community servers.
I dont run a VPN and i dont want to because of this.

Console gives me this:

I tried:

Reinstalling the workshop maps

Verifying game files

Flushing DNS

Deleting Temporary Files

Tried "netstat -ano" cmd command and stopped some "mobiledevices" program from running on startup as suggested in this thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/7221028806367545178/ but it didnt work.

Adding rules to firewall (added outgoing and ingoing rules for port: 27015-27030 for both UDP & TCP)

Port Forwarding in router (port: 27015-27030 protocol: BOTH - UDP & TCP)

I am not sure if i did the firewall and port forwarding correctly. I need some help.

i have the same issue maybe try reinstalling steam ? i think is a steam prob i cant get my head around it
