Networking connection problems

A lot of back tracking right after respawing and some package losses during game. I didnt had this problems with csgo.
Specs:
300mb cable network connection
ryzen 5 5600x @4.5ghz
rtx 4070ti

Go to CMD and open as a administrator and type this:

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/renew

Make sure you type it in order.

After this all commands also open CMD as administrator and type this:

netsh winsock reset

Restart computer and check.

Same as before, when I open console it says
[Client] Last server executed command is 1328 on tick 3981. Duplicating command 1327 (created 65.1ms ago) 1x to catch up. New outgoing command is 1328

You need open CMD in Windows not in game :D

Yes I putted all the comands on windows CMD, but I also enabled CS2 to report any connection issue with a graph on screen and it also reports on the game console.

You play faceit or MM? You can lower acceptable ping in CS2 settings. Lower this much as you can.

You can also remove Windows Defender or other anyivirus you have. Same you can disable real time protection and check.
