VAC Live is back?!?

GUYS! A cheater in my match just got banned by VAC Live! I can't believe this is real. Please let me know what you think. Did anybody else notice this as well?

guys, i think the cheater that got banned was not using a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheat, he was legit cheating and just some extra wall bangs, he wasnt even spinbotting but he still got detected by vac live and was immediately banned

Why would Valve disable the anti cheat?

Judging from the vac discussion section (forum 9) the anti cheat is clearly not disabled.

that people meet cheaters doesn't mean that the anti cheat isn't working

I don't think that many people check how old accounts are when they accuse people or keep in mind that they might have started cheating recently, hence why they aren't banned yet.

Been very active. Beginning to see vac bans daily. be surprised how many people hack you daily. they get new accounts. now they good on new accounts lol majority of the community just rather them gone. heard the other day dude literally asked in casual if anyone could turn on hacks so they could win. i was like what is the point? hackers don't win. legits just get abused by posers. i think the current punishment isnt enough. label all their skins vac banned and not able to trade.

He probably used free and easy to detect cheat. Currently VAC is able to detectd those type of cheats only...

Doesnt matter how old cheater's account is, and doesnt matter how many expensive skins cheater has, I have seen accounts with 3000+ hours, 10+ years in service and with very expensive skins blatantly cheating.

Feel ya. I´ve lost all joy and fun in this game. Was playing almost every day for a few hours and simply have zero intention to even play atm. Encountering cheaters in every second match and wasting 30 minutes with this s**t is just depressing. I´ve never thought that I could hate playing this game this much.
