Why would Valve disable the anti cheat?
Judging from the vac discussion section (forum 9) the anti cheat is clearly not disabled.
that people meet cheaters doesn't mean that the anti cheat isn't working
I don't think that many people check how old accounts are when they accuse people or keep in mind that they might have started cheating recently, hence why they aren't banned yet.
lets start spam reporting on steam and hope they get annoyed by it :D
