Bot accounts flooding casual games
Every time I join a casual game a bunch of accounts with weird names, like WKL567YGM join the game. They all stand in spawn and let about 1 round run, were nothing happens because the opposite team is also full of these bots. After the round I get vote kicked out of the game, just wanting to know if anyone else has had this problem, and wondering if there is anything in the works to fix this.

The same thing happened to me. The match became flooded with bots, and bots kicked everyone.

This just happened to me as well. A bunch of fake bot accounts joined the server, sat in spawn, and started vote kicking people.

It's boosting/farming accounts.
They kick all the players so they can fill the server with 10/16 accounts and start boosting/farming.
And 80% of them use Avast Sandbox to be able to play with the 10/16 account with one pc, so banning Avast Sandbox would stop this plague.

The only thing you can do is report and switch server.

Next time go to spectators once they start entering the server take a screenshot of the scoreboard, copy all their profiles and send an email to valve, "boosting report".
To find their profiles go to your friends page and click "Recently Played With" (must close cs2 or change map/server to update the page)

No one in the right mind would use Avast anyways so banning it shouldn't be a big problem.

They don't even read emails coming from users, what's the point of sending it to Valve then?
1. They probably do read them depending on the issue, they just won't reply and have a back and forth with you
2. They asked people to manually send those reports when it comes to bot lobbies

Nope, if they do read it why Valve is radio silent about the cheater problem for the past 6 months like just look at the state of the game cheaters rules the school now, Valve doesn't even give any updates about countering the exploits and cheaters, even though millions of ppl. do email them.

It is now Jan 2025 and this is STILL an issue. An even bigger one. Wtf is Valve not doing anything!
