Damn.
Getting reported for deliberately shooting teammates in the head?
Doesn't seem at all unreasonable. I don't want to play with this kind of joker either.
Also, it's entirely reasonable to assume that if the community determines that you're toxic on community servers then you'll probably be toxic on official servers too.
The easy solution to all of this is to just be a better teammate. If you can't trust yourself to use the mic, disable it. If you can't trust yourself not to grief, take some time to relax before playing each match until you can.
Raging against the system which you acknowledge has rightfully protected the community from your toxicity, just perpetuates the problem.
