Connecting to csgo network problem

not sure why, but i have this problem recently. I havent played this game for some months now, and only get the time to play it rn.

I also recently installed surf shark, is it the one who messed up with my network settings?

some of us couldnt connect to the server. some could connect to the server.

just change your download region..... steam/ settings/ downloads/ then change your download region. it works on me...
