my friend and ı have 9 and 8 wins the friend we are trying to play has 3 wins but the thing is my friend who has 9 wins can play with the friend who has 3 wins but ı have 8 wins and ı cannot play with my friend we tried seperetly and together and the conculusion is always this "cs ratings of players in your party are too high to participate in matchmaking with a player who does not have an established cs rating"

Your two friends are probably close enough in their rating that they can play together while yours is either much lower or higher than theirs. It can't be displayed yet because you haven't gotten your 10 wins yet but the system is already calculating your elo and trying to match you with people of your level
