it sucks but yeah wait for your gameplay to be reviewed, this ban might not be permanent (unless you cheated lol)
That may cause a 24h ban. If you got a permaban then most likely you or someone else cheated on your account.
It's a new system, probably to catch cheaters that queue with each other. Don't think anyone really knows how it works.
i haven't heard about global cooldowns until of recently either, i assume it's some new mechanic to deal with cheaters. I'm thinking global cooldown is some kind of a placeholder while they are checking if someone is cheating.
you don't get banned or cooldown for grouping with a cheater tho, altho i have heard that they will remove rating and/or rank if you have won thanks to cheater who got banned.
also you don't get global cooldown or ban for griefing or disconnects, that's a myth. for griefing you get 14 days max and for disconnects / leaving matches i think it's 7 days max, maybe they changed it to 14 days.
it's quite easy to test, make new account and disconnect / grief away, see if you get global. you can literally play normal, but ask people to report you for griefing as you are testing.
