How to change the main thread priority from normal to high?

you mean cs2 thread priority? there's no need for you to change it, tampering with it may cause instability and crashes or even a VAC ban. windows already prioritizes programs that are in focus, play in full screen and don't alt tab every 5 seconds and you dont have issues.

but if you still want to do that, you can use process explorer, it allows you to change thread/process priority.
