My Prime Status was removed

Did someone have same problem? I back to cs2 some days ago and I don't have prime what's strange, because everyone who has it on cs:GO automatically have status transfer. So I was 21+lvl because I finish "Operation Broken Fang" and there was boosters what give extra exp, also 100% I play with prime. But now when I whrite to Steam Support they say "you can get prime only by gift or by buying".
So what I can do to get my prime status back?

But why, I have it before... and when operation end I was lvl 21+, so 03/06/2021 it's when they make changes.
Also 29/03/2021 they give prime status to everyone who have operation.
So why my status was removed? :(

Let's secure your account first.

All the steps, in order...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

After you fully secured your account with ALL the steps above...

1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/

2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.

3. Click on the game.

4. Select "It's not in my library"

5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

Nope, I get CS:GO ON 7 April 2020 and get 21lvl 100% and walve remove free prime on June 2021, if you don't know then better don't whrite next time...(P.S. my friend still have Prime and he didn't buy it).

Prime can not be removed from accounts once obtained.

Can I remove Prime Status from my account?

No. Currently there is no way to remove Prime Status from your account.

The only way it can be "hidden" is when your account is hijacked and the hijacker "hides' it through the non-permanent "remove" function through support.

Follow all the steps I posted above to secure your account before restoring it to your account.

lmao I was just hijacked right after typing this and reading another discussion about someone getting hijacked and funnily enough as i was reading what happens e.g profile picture and profile wiped and all friends blocked, it all happened to me. I was drunk the other night when I played and noticed I had no prime so I might've not even noticed if i was hijacked but i definitely did this time. Any idea how long it takes to come back as I'm given the option to buy it but again, I bought CS:GO way back

Appreciate it bro, and restoring my prime, was literally about to buy it again, whether it would've let me or not as i already own it i dont know but thanks anyway

It won't let you purchase it again. It will tell you that you already have it and to restore it. No biggie.

unfortunately I can't do that because i get free Prime by lvl up and seems like Steam didnt even care about that and don't want answear me...
