CS2 doesnt feel "smooth"
When I play CS2, the game seems to run at low FPS or 60Hz, but at 240Hz it puts out about 250-400FPS. The animations look fuzzy, the mouse movement seems “slow” and the game image itself is tearing up.
I tried different settings (high/low - MSAA on/off, etc.)
System: Ryzen 5 5600x + 2060 + 16GB.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else run into this issue?

Try disable - Nvidia reflex and contrast player setting ...

Also disabe startup application in task manager > startup then restart

It sort of working for me after these steps but 240hz is a big shoes to fill for ryzen 5600x... Frame will drop inbetween ...
you can set frame time in CS2 settings to check when you get low fps because there will be some micro stuttering.

I have the same problem.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

let nvidia reflex do the fps capping (so, fps_max=0 + reflex on + vsync on). it is the only way it feels smooth atm. dunno, maybe cs2 engine is dependent on reflex (they partnered up with nvidia after all)

make sure you set the monitor hz to the correct one in your cs2 display settings, mine defaulted to 60hz after the last update.
