It's a conundrum, only way to solve it is to have a huge mousepad and room to move your mouse so that you can turn 180 degrees, either that or get used to lifting the mouse.
Because you want the lowest sensitivity you can have so that you can navigate individual pixels so you can pinpoint a target, again, the problem is you have to move your mouse a lot to completely turn, if you increase the sensitivity then it becomes a problem when doing small adjustments.
Or you try like KoroSu suggested, to have a toggle to switch between your regular low DPI to high one when you want to turn, but again, it will take a while to get used to it, maybe it's easier to just lift the mouse so you can turn fully.
