How do some people play with skins equipped that don't show up in their inventory?
I'll be in a game and see someone using some rare knife or gloves or a gun with some dope stickers, etc, and I wan't to see the details so I'll open their profile and check out their collection. Every now and then though I'll be looking around and I notice the skin I wanted to check out isn't even in their inventory. It's not private, there's no storage crates or anything like that either. How do people play with skins equipped that aren't in their inventory?

Valve changed rules to stop / make it harder to 3rd party sites scanning inventories .
You cant see anymore
-storage units
-new items added to inventory for 10 days .
