Increase ammo for R8 revolver

16 bullets is not enough for this gun unless you're Revolver Ocelot or a Beyblade weapon needs to be buffed to 24 rounds to be balanced with the deagle that can be bought for a similar price that has more ammunition and doesn't have a firing delay.

Valve really need to make the R8 a viable alternative to the deagle.
