They allow left hand now, not a bug

This isn't a "bug."

It's one of the features intentionally added to the game by Valve.

''Viewmodel position setting and left/right hand state are now networked and visible to first-person spectators.''

So, you didn't discover anything.

There's currently no option to turn this off. If there are enough complaints, maybe they'll add it.

You can't, it's set by the other user who set their model to left handed. Just like being stuck seeing other player skin models

That doesn't count as discovering it, If you were ignorant of the USA and went to America, You didn't just discover America

People really care if they watch someone else with a weapon in their left hand? It's that distracting?

I'm sorry to hear that. If seeing another player in CS2 with a weapon in their left hand while spectating angers you, it might be time to seek professional help.

You do realize that there are millions of left-handed gamers that switch weapon hands for that reason, right? That is why they also have left-handed mouses and PC peripherals specifically for left-handed gamers.
