RANDOM MS INCREASE

I downloaded the game 1 week ago, it was running fine and without problems, but since the last update, my MS randomly goes up, causing my game to lag, I've already checked the game files via Steam, I've already changed my IP to 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 for "best route".
In other games this doesn't happen, I really don't know what to do, I'm running the game at 90 fps, so performance I believe isn't the problem.
But here are my settings: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g, 16GB RAM, AMD RX6600.
