Kicking in Deathmatch...Why?!

I really want to get this off my chest...
I'm often deathmatching and for some reason there is an option to kick players.
There are people that invite their friends and just to kick people.
Seriously why is this even an option?
The amount of times I'm getting kicked is absolutely crazy and I'm sick and tired of it.
I play a lot of DM not only to get better but also because its a good way to get xp.
The DM maps I used the most are office and Italy... I can't even join the server anymore. Absolutely crazy!

I am having that problem once in a while too, it happens because people think you are cheating.

Most of them check my profile and see my hours and decide not to kick but sometimes you get very jealous people and if you have tilted them while playing deathmatch, you are mostly going to get kicked.

Start on T, switch to CT side to dodge kick at last minute, CT side always having empty slot because people mostly want to play AK

This is in regards to Deathmatch though. Switching teams doesn't allow you to dodge kicking in deathmatch, right?

Just curious because I had some absolutely pathetic loser and his buddy kick me today because I was destroying him in Deathmatch. He was even AWP-crutching and I was still outplaying him. And with less than a minute to go, he initiated the votekick and I lost my ten minutes of XP.

Really not a big deal at the end of the day. The feeling of knowing I made this sad little loser stoop to such a low level just because I was playing better than him is worth the cost of losing nine minutes of XP. But obviously, it should not be possible to do this, and Valve is pretty damn stupid for allowing it. So if there's a way to dodge it in the future, I definitely need to know about it.

Additionally, if someone initiates a votekick in any game mode, a *friend* of the person initiating it should NEVER be allowed to vote. Moreover, there should NEVER be a votekick option in Deathmatch.

ahh with the last part i have problems, if there is a bot or/and a cheater, then a votekick function is very helpfull. but yeah.. votekicking at the end of the game, for the only reason to intentionally grief, should be called exactly that: griefing, and be punished the same way like when teammates are running in your molly in comp to get u kicked/banned. if u report that, they get banned. should be the same with the vote kicking

Yeah DM is just for lolz at this point, don't do warmups anywhere else except workshops or community servers. If you are leading in a DM you will get salty ppl kicking like the top 3 and potato brain ppl just F1 everything.

I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stand those Deathmatches anymore... I like playing on Office & Italy maps and I VERY often get called a "cheater" and kicked because of that. I'm not the only one, usually the guy that tops the game gets kicked. Everyone else just presses F1 and that's it, so frustraiting that you can't even do anything about.
But what happened a moment ago was beyond all, I played DM on Office and some russian players joined and started kicking everyone. As far as I can understand Cyrillic, they were repeating "farm" on chat and then i got kicked.
Then i queued to next DM and saw a few guys with 2000+ scores with 1 minute to go, 5 secs and i got kicked. wtf is happening with this game? Can't stand it anymore.

Just change team last 1-2 minutes or go join spectate, you can't do anything about it

The problem is there are bots acounts that log in in a deathmatch session, kick out every real player, then star to play so they can farm lootcrates and stuff like that.
