Suspension CS2 bug

I was having trouble connecting to the premier match, after updating my driver I was able to join the match.

Finishing and winning the match, I had 14,800-14,900 points and was going to promotion win, -1000 points appeared, and upon returning to the lobby I received a 30 minute suspension (the count was already at minute 6)

Until now I didn't understand what happened, the people who were playing with me didn't understand either.

I wanted to know if there is anything to do about this. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a printout due to the 4:3 resolution, but to check this, just look at my game history.

The match took place around 8 am on 05/10/2024 and the map was Hell.

Most likely your 5min for reconnection timed out between you pressed the connect button and actually connected to the server. Happens sometimes.

No way to revoke the elo or to remove the cooldown. Next time make sure you don't have any troubles before getting into Premier \ Competitive match.
