Any community servers with custom maps?

I haven't touched CSGO in years. And now is my first time in CS2. I am looking for community servers that play all sort of interesting maps. Basically I want anything that isn't the standard 5v5 competitive mode.

I remember a lot of cool maps from the days of 1.6. Rats (where you are shrunk), zombies, awp maps, an old western town, urban maps with large buildings and multiple floors. Played with upwards of 32 players, not 10.

Browsing through the community server browser, it's weird. I see a LOT, and I do mean a LOT of servers at 254/255 or 255/255 "players". They seem to be bot servers. Playing mostly mirage. Some other classic maps. And a few awp maps. I can't even find a surf server. I remember surf used to be somewhat popular in CSGO a while ago.

Am I doing something wrong? Why do I see these bot servers? Any settings I need to change? Any IPs you know for good servers?

EDIT: Looking some more through those servers, there's not that much going on. The population count is low. Not many English speaking servers, it's like Babel's tower. A lot of mirage servers again.

The people who play on these servers are also very good at the game. Way above what I saw in the lower leagues in official matchmaking.
