Connecting to singapore server

Its been more then a week since i am keep getting connected to singapore servers, dubai servers are showing above 110 pings, this is not normal. I am using ethernet cable too. my internet itself have zero issues too. i even contacted the internet service if its from their end but it does not seem to be that case. I don't understand why it suddenly started to happen i am so sick of this, DM servers have all 20 ms or below players with chinese nicknames and avatars and almost all of them are playing like they are in major or something on a fricking DM server and cherry on top most of the account don't even have any medals or stuff.

I have try.. flush dns / reset etc..
Also wifi connect with my pc only.
other device off.

but Packet loss still / always happen -15-25% .
.. So hard to play smoothly on CS2..
so frustrated

its because the dubai servers have been offline for the past 5 days

my issue was resolved automatically a week ago for some reason, and after that dubai server itself got offline XD
