2. Go to console and type "bot_difficulty NUMBER" without the quotes.
The "NUMBER" can be 0 through 3:
0 - Easy
1 - Normal
2 - Hard
3 - Expert
I did notice that there is no longer a drop down menu for the bot difficulty in CS2 like there was in CS:GO.
EDIT:
You might have to kick all the bots using "bot_kick" in console and do "bot_add" to add 9 bots to the game after you run the difficulty change command. I don't know if you have to do this or not for the change to take effect, but it's what I normally do when I change their difficulty from the console.
