PC CRASH / SHUTDOWN / RESTART / BLACK SCREEN

Hi, i ve got a problem today, while i play cs, my pc just crash, disconnect my devices and i have to restart pc by myself. I have reboot my pc, scan cs, update drivers, did everything, temp of hw are also good. Any option how to repair it ?

Does it happen when you play any other games or put your system under load?

it happens only when i play CS2, never before happened, only today. I did cpu test, everything works fine under 70 Celsius, i tried other games like League, Valorant, Witcher, GTA, WOW everything works, but only CS2 crash my pc

This is also happening to me, was fine yesterday... Something is going on with cs2 it looks like, i've spoke to nvidia support because i also updated my GPU drivers today aswell, but the y insisted i rolled back to the previous version because thats when cs2 worked, but the blackscreen/freezes/restarts PC still happens

You can use a free program like BlueScreenView from nirsoft to view detailed dump information.

Launch game, get to the orange loading screen where it displayed " counter-strike " then it will freeze there or it will just go blackscreen and then restart the pc

i also ran a winDBg on the mini dump that was created in cs2 folder, it gave a module name called D3D10Warp.dll
