They don't have, again you can trade and sell person normal after the standard 7 day hold. Unless you use some 3rd party site.

Wait till 7 days and see if you can trade said item unless it say otherwise on the item.

A clear answer "Anything you buy on the Market Place will have a trade hold."
Also be careful on the market place, if buying CS2 items I would recommend a 3rd party. Its hard to find a deal and prices are no where near the same concerning Knives and Gloves.

This is so stupid. Just enforce people to add their social security number and/or credit card to their account to limit fraudulent behaviour. This isn't the answer for real. You make 100's millions dollars every year and you can't come up with a sustainable solution to the scamming problems, except you have to punish the whole community because a small amount of STEAM users can't behave themselves lawfully.
