Insane luck for Vice Gloves but then disappeared from my inventory

Yeah the title is correct. 2nd case opened in my entire counter strike history and they dropped. Minimal wear Vice Sport Gloves.

After 2 days keeping them in inventory doing nothing, not changing a single thing about my steam profile I recieved community ban. All my recent purchases of cases were refunded to my credit card and gloves were removed by csgo support. I got no answer from steam support. Odds are that im not getting back them so I have to mentally prepare. But still the question is there.

Wasnt I aware of something that I could avoid this situation ?

It sounds to me exactly like to you. Maybe because it's not even supposed to be a story, but it's all a misunderstanding.

sounds like you may have gotten your credit card reported and they refunded all transactions and gave your account a ban

Sounds logical to me. But im using that card daily, which on another steam account or somewhere else.
Its private cant be reported by someone else. They did refund but by themselves.

possibly you somehow angered steam and they just banned your account and reversed all recent deposits into your account

Right to the point. After all I believe its about credit card. But from my side there is no fraud activity. I offered to provide all my personal information and I did because they asked me to. But still acount remains locked for lifetime. I just got the response.

Something still isn't adding up. Steam/Valve wouldn't do something like this unless they had serious proof of fraud or criminal activity. I can't see Valve doing this and there's no ban showing on your account. Can you provide screens of trade history to prove you opened it on your account? Not sure if against ToS if so, don't do it and sorry for asking. Please provide some proof to back up your claims as they're pretty serious claims. I'm just curious what would trigger something like this. I'm just not buying it...even if it was identity theft/credit card fraud, I don't think they'd reverse anything in your inventory. They have set precedent for doing it in extremely extremely rare cases for certain people but yeah, that's the part I don't believe.

Provide screenshots of your discussion with support and how your account remains locked for lifetime, please.
