Might be a solution for stutter (slow server frame)
Hello guys.

For a while, like many angry fellas here, I was unable to play the game because I was getting instant high ms value due to the slow server frame. I cleared the directx shader cache from settings-storage-temporary files with a method I saw in a video on YouTube. Then I had no problems in my first game. """But!!""" As soon as I changed the image settings from high quality to medium, I got that damn warning again so fast. Then I increased the display settings to high quality again and played the game without any problems again. WTF?

Does anyone have an explanation for this? Those who have the same problem, apply this method and share the results.

it means the server had a slow frame

your machine is not the server

No amount of changing settings will help with slow server frames. You see, as the name implies, it happens server side, not client side. Not on your pc.

Is it possible to rule out the possibility that the client causes slow server fps ?

yes - unless you have a clientside exploit that makes the server slow down

which...somebody probably has that since this game is security swiss cheese

in general though, the server slowdowns are just because the servers suck..no extra special explanation needed

but the point is that the random windows tech support suggestions like clear your cache, restart, take a bath with the toaster etc .. are not really doing anything for this problem

you can take a placebo and then play the game and not see server slowdowns, doesn't mean it helped

I want to say it's all about the server, but why the people I play with not experience the same problem? If the server is problematic, why doesn't everyone have the same problem? Or why do I have problems when I log in with my RTX460 PC and not with my old PC with a GTX1650 graphics card? One thing I noticed about those who said they had problems was that they had RTX graphics cards. I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but it would be great if it was resolved as soon as possible.

It could be related to the fact that RTX406x's are pretty weak cards especially memory bandwith and memory-wise. Basically 3070Ti outperforms 406x-series cards in most real life scenarios without DLSS. 4060 should have been named as 4050.

I assume you meant "RTX4060".

stop running unlocked fps ... and stop watching copy pasted youtube video who have absolutely no idea what they are saying.

i don't stress test my GPU by running unlocked fps and i never had performance issues. game runs smooth as ever.

unlocked fps is for STRESS TESTING or BENCHMARKING only! if you are not doing either of those, DO NOT run unlocked. it's THAT simple. all the performance issues you angry people have, is from the fact that you are stress testing your GPU and wondering why it's unstable.

Running your GPU unlimited fps does NOT make it unstable ffs. Electronics are not combustion engines. As long as there is no excess heat being produced no harm done. Same thing applies to CPUs. As long as you can keep thermals at bay the chip itself don't mind running on max boost frequencies. It's not going to "wear it out". Running games fps unlimited has no benefits but it doesn't break anything either as long as you have your temperatures at bay.
I had similar problem when i turned off my second Monitor my lags were gone

I've been experiencing the same problem for 2-3 months. For this reason, I have been bored with the game for 2-3 months and cannot play it. Even in the workshop, there are always problems. The slow server frame turns red and this happens frequently. My graphics card is GTX1650. There was no such problem before telemetry came along. I could play with an average of 100-130 fps. There were minor hiccups. But now I'm constantly experiencing slow server frames and this is happening in the workshop too. :(
