Why is Premier Matchmaking so broken?

Why is Premier 3k filled with people ranging from S1 all the way up to LEM?

For several months now, before starting a match in Premier, I've asked what usef to be people's ranks back in CS:GO, and I find it extremely odd to see a ginormous mixed bag of (alleged) Silvers, Novas, and Eagles clumped up into freaking 3k elo.

I find it particularly baffling how many players I've encountered saying "LEM" specifically... Not even "LE". From there, I've seen only a few MGs, and only one single person saying "Supreme".

People laugh at me for being hardstuck at 3-4k and for claiming to be virtually impossible to push past that barrier. Now I see why... It's because they haven't tried grinding from such a """low""" level in the first place. I bet they've had the luck of winning enough starting matches to be placed at around 10k or 15k, thus (logically) assuming 3k would be a cakewalk... But, if that's the case, I repeat, why is it such an incredibly mixed bag???

I started at 4K elo and am now 19.8K elo.

So it is possible to grind, but unfortunatly when you hit 15/20K ELO you'll have atleast 5 cheaters a game.

The skill of players is a mixed bag all the way up to 20k elo. I am currently around 10k and there is a ton of boosted players that move around as if they use their arrowkeys to aim their crosshair. I do not understand how many can be above 5k rating when they play like bots. I am decent at this game and am dragged down in ranks because of boosted players that is to no use and cheaters, I eyeroll my eyes to the back of my head when I watch many play this game at 10k, they are totally clueless.

I've got 59 wins in Dust Ii, waiting for the day I'll rank up to Silver II, and still nothing. 🤣 You'd think if I somehow got a Silver I rank after 10 wins, the matches afterwards would be way easier and fairer, but no0o0o... I always (literally always) get paired up with another extremely mixed bag, actually quite similar to Premier's now that I think about it. The competition in Silver I is definitely NOT Silver I-like, lol.

Trust me I have the same, I am Top Fragger with around 30 kills every single game and it was the same with the 10 matches, I was just unlucky enough to get random mates that either just left right away or never touched the game before. The worst part for me is that every match I make I only get around 110 Points for a win but loose up to 300, so if I dont win 3 matches wothout lossing I cant even rank up. I am stuck at 4k and no matter what I do or how hard I try I always end up loosing points

because premier for free,If valve will add payment for this then game will better and prohibit play to new accs

I did play with one of my friends he got 3K i got 6K how does this make up ?
Now i dont care at all about it
I just play the game 2-3x a week cuz game is just trash and not really enjoy it at all plus im solo

Honestly, everything under ~17k/18k elo is rng. But above that you get consistently good team mates and enemies.

Premier is only for Prime, so no you can't get this as a free player

it's a team game where the players have individual ranks, and you need like an 83%+ winrate to advance

the rest writes itself. very bad system.

probably doesn't help that double digit % of the playerbase is boosting/deranking/griefing at all times. the game could have zero cheating and this would still be the same problem too.

pre-matchmaking games 10 or 20 years ago had way better matched teams, players can do it themselves better than this
