Help with the mouse not centred

Whenever I open the game and click on the mouse , it doesn't open where I clicked. Instead, it opens next to it. For example, when I click on "Play," it clicks on "loadout," and when I try to exit the game and click in the “quit” middle of the screen, need to go about 5 centimeters to the right and below the button.

It look like the screen the mouse sees is smaller than the actual one

Sometime work after exit steam Sometime need to restart the computer

Something similar happened to me while messing with the screen ratio in the video settings.
You should try changing this value, and see if that fixes the issue.
If the set value for the ratio is the one you want, select a random value, then change it back to the original value, and hit "Apply".

that's because of wrong resolution / aspect ratio settings.
i never had this in cs2, but it happens to me constantly in SnowRunner and Expeditions, sometimes in BeamNG aswell.

as i never had this in cs2, i can't say if it would help, but in other games what helps is:
1) change to window mode
2) disable vsync
3) make sure your aspect ratio and resolution are correct for your monitor
4) change back to fullscreen with correct aspect ratio and resolution
5) enable vsync

DO NOT minimize as that's usually what causes this to happen.
