Remove Cooldown

Hello last time i was playing with my friends premier match on cs2 and our match is inferno so that time my pc was legging and restarting game again n again on that time I'm trying to reconnect game 3 time but i don't come in game
That's why my game was go to Cooldown for 7 days
I'm requesting you that remove my Cooldown because it's not my fault hope you'll coporate with me..

In order to get to a 7-day cooldown you would have first needed to receive multiple shorter cooldowns recently to get to that much. If your game isn't stable in competitive games, then you shouldn't be playing competitive until you're able to play these maps with more stability. Try lowering your settings or upgrading your computer

EDIT: Additionally, Valve strictly doesn't remove cooldowns so unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as fellow players

After 7days cooldown they restart again frm level 1 cooldown?

i feel bad bro, i remember when i was 14 back in 2017 i used to write the exact things, "can someone get rid of my 7 day cooldown, i did nothing wrong" ahahaha, little bro wait your time, you have left a lot of games to be given a 7 day
