How do I reset all of my game files

I recently reset my whole computer so that it would run faster and have more space. Since my computer was slow back then, I had to use some settings in CS:GO that helped me boost my fps and load in faster. When I recently installed the game again, I felt input lag. How do I reset all my game files?

Rightclick CSGO in Steam Library, Properties, Updates, Disable Steam Cloud, then:

Steam\userdata\AccountID\730\ is the config folder for your Steam account. Delete it.

In your user-data folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata), delete the folder with matching numbers as in your trade-link (steam3ID).
