CS2 Slow Server Frame

Every single time I join a lobby in dm, prem, etc, even in offline, the game keeps freezing up constantly (ie. it spikes from 16ms to 120ms with the message "slow server frame"). I get consistent frames of up to 200 and my ping doesn't fluctuate that much (usually 20-30). Can someone explain and have a fix?

You can't fix it. Valve should buy more powerful servers or remove the sub-tick update system

I have the same problem for weeks now... don't think there is a fix. I did reinstall CS+Geforce experience and noticed its started running a little better but honestly still unplayable.

Only option left is to wait for update i guess.

I have seen this issue with 47ms ping no change in ping but by 1 ms to 48 but server has a 16 -128 ms slow frame and it does correlate with cheaters in the server. fact is i never go below 300 fps and i still get the server slow frame message.

I have this issue as well. Just wish I could play the game but they have made it so unplayable with cheaters, no new maps, worse servers. Sad but I guess ill play other games

Hey guys i am not sure if i solved the issue. But i tried to exit all the browsers in task manager (chrome, edge) it kinda worked. there is still some stuttering but significantly less than b4 (previously guaranteed 1 per round) right now like once a game. maybe i just got lucky -_-

Nope that is not the problem. Did you read what I said about my fps consistency in game?

Yep because valve can't utilize servers correctly. They are damn inefficient when it comes to server loads and the inconsistent issues with server for cs2 programming is also sure sign of bad engineering of this game.

I think it's the spawn animations. On community servers without them DM runs a lot better. It's the same for Arms Race.
