CS2Server Dedicated - RCON - Unable to connect to remote server

Hello,
I installed a CS2Server Dedicated on Ubuntu in the LAN.
It starts with:
./cs2 -dedicated -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +map de_overpass -port 27015
This works so far.
To control the server from the client console I need RCON.
To do this, I expanded the server.cfg on the server with:
rcon_password “bla22bla22”
saved and restarted...

Started the server with:
./cs2 -dedicated -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +map de_overpass -port 27015

Client console:
connect 192.168.1.43
I'm on the server (overpass-map)
rcon_password bla22bla22

But it seems that all rcon do not arrive or are rejected:
rcon bot_kick
Unable to connect to remote server (192.168.1.43:27015)

rcon sv_cheats 1
By the way, that doesn't work either.

I hope someone has a tip for me.

i have the same Problem Either i cant connect to Dedicated lan server with rcon

I have the issue, so far I wasn't able to figure out a solution. It's incredibly annoying.
