Can you get perma banned still for griefing?

I remember in CSGO, people that were caught deliberatly throwing games through overwatch could get a global cooldown from the game; However that was never something I had to worry about, since I always try to win.

But now in CS2, it seems that reports matter way more than they used to.

Right now as it stands, after a faceit grind to level 8, i have a 11 day cooldown. haven't played valve's competitive in months.

Should I worry about getting banned from the game entirely?

Since the OW system is no longer a thing it most likely means perma ban griefing isn't either. The most that will happen is back to back 14 day bans.

Unfortunately, no. I tried.

I have, however, had plenty of comp matches where my entire team just shoots each other in spawn and I'm left in like a 1v5

Reminded me that I actually am not addicted to cs. I can quit any time I want. And I did. I am just waiting for the recommended game forums to disappear for this one....then it'll be out of sight, out of mind.

Do people think they can actually flex "skills" with cheats? Play on LAN with something that has all your hardware you currently use, it's just not yours yours, and you won't even have a hw cheat to help you, and then when pros start ♥♥♥♥ talking the "git gud" hypocrites that aren't actually good at the game

Amazing total loss of motor skills, awareness of the game, all at the drop of a hat. But they're all super pro.

Lol, keep telling yourself that. Faceit will actually permanently ban people completely for cheats once they find them. Have fun with that.
