Mouse cursor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up after changing a setting , now its every time i boot up the game.

Soo before it was after i changed a random setting , literally any setting in the game and once i hit accept, the game would select everything to the left of my cursor, for example if i had my cursor on the play button or something , it would be selecting the inventory button , and not only on the menu, ingame is the same ♥♥♥♥ and its worse, it moves my mouse for some reason a tiny bit and messes up my aim every time i move it and its unplayable, before i would fix it by just restarting cs2 but now it just happens every boot, has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?

Happens to me all the time man, please let me know if you find a fix? I think it could potentially be a 4:3 thing but tbh I have no clue and haven't found anything online

Sorry but nah bro , for now the old "fix" of restarting cs2 is working for me again, love valve , great game developers cant make a game without it being bugged to ♥♥♥♥.
