Quickscope macro

Hi there, i just created a macro on my mouse for Scout / Awp that zooms in, shoots and then quickswitches (basically 100% accurate noscope, assuming you have the target set right). I looked on the internet for something similar to see if it's bannable or not but couldn't find anything. On one hand anybody can do this so it's not really something that gives you an advantage that others can't have, but on the other hand it feels a bit like cheating. What do you think?

If you asking me , all macros , console commands needs to be removed from game .
You have advantage over other players .
Bhop for example is 100 % bannable if you set it in console or with macro .
Its hard to tell , depends how overwatchers looking on it ...

See that's the thing, if you train long enough you can achieve pretty much the same thing I achieved with this macro, so in overwatch's case you won't be able to distinguish between macro and a skilled player. On top of that, I tested the macro in a few games (not premier / competitive) and I can say that it's not giving me a massive advantage over the others.

You said yourself that you can train to do it, and it doesn't give much of an advantage. Why not just practice a bit?

Not bannable, but it barely makes any sense due to AWP has a delay between zoom in and accuracy boost (after zooming AWP still has a spread for a short period).
In CS 1.6 a thing like that would be a really fast-zoom shooting, but not in CS2.

If it feels like a cheat and it walks like a cheat, it should be baned like a cheat.
Right now, the game is in a state where pro-players complain about 8/10 games not being clean and then someone shows up with this kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

any one playing majors using quickscope macro you know of , unpunished ?
basically 100% accurate noscope in combination with a crosshair feature supplied by your monitor , just cheat or dont but dont ask for permission
OW will ban you for it , if it ever comes in to existance

why only scout ?, awp would be better , no scope 1 (full armored) body shot kills , by now u should know how ridicules it is.
what about a script for counter strafing , kicks in as soon as you shoot ?, allways accurate shots , what do you think ?

I actually am training, I am obsessed big time with Scout, but I wondered if I can make a macro out of it and see whether it's punishable or not.

I couldn't agree more with you, but speaking technically it's not a cheat, it still falls under the game boundaries and doesn't compare even the slightest to bhopping for example.

In majors they are doing manually what the macro does, they don't need it. And even if they were using this kind of macro, everybody would assume they did this manually because of their "skill reputation"
