I can buy laptop Lenovo y520 15ikbn but before i want be 100% sure. Will be cs 2 playable?

You are going to have a horrible time unless you play only dust 2 at low settings .

i play it on 8gb ddr 3, i5-2500 3.30ghz, gtx 650 1gb, i usually have 30 fps but when i join match i sometimes have some fps drops first few secounds, your specs are much better than mine so you should be fine, but you will still have to play on low or medium because of ram
