Stop taking Casual mode so seriously.
Where should players practice if not in casual? In ranked? Do you think you can practice for ranked when the number of players in a game lobby makes the game play fundamentally different?
Even now, there are filler bots if teams lack players. Of course, it is not optimal, but that is the price for convenience. It is better than queuing for ranked matches when I only want to play a few rounds and then head out.
That is an atrocious idea. The maps were not made for this. The amount of utility in a coordinated team would ensure that sites would be locked for the whole round. This would require at least one more entry point for every map and further testing to ensure that CTs can hold back a push of 10 people with only 2 defenders.
And if you really want to practice or warmup, play deathmatch, for nonstop action, reaction time, and accuracy. Play wingman for some tactical practice and use casual to learn maps.
Im not very happy with the name 'casual mode' ....it should be renamed into bs-mode, because thats what it is ! ..no friendly fire, teamswitching every round, too many ppl on map for serious play, ppl trolling, always few ppl afk, standard armor equipped. Every player is there for a different reason, sniper practice, camping, baiting, trolling, whatever.
Stop taking casual mode seriously.
No I am not afraid of losing my rank, I could not care less about losing rank if I could just disconnect whenever. Technically I can do that, but that would be short lived since there is longer cooldown period if you do that. Sometimes I just wanna play a few normal matches that will not be a total sh1tstorm the way casual is atm.
