I hope you work on your mentality because going into something new and directly wanting to change it in your favors just because you don't understand why it is how it is is not a healthy and progressive mindset.
Why the ak is a oneshot headshot weapon? Because of balance reasons. It is easier to defend, harder to attack, so the T's have to benefit. That's why the ak is also cheaper than the m4 (main rifle of CTs). Also the ak is less accurate and the spray is harder, the oneshot headshot is a balancing act to counter that.
I hope you now understand why it is like that and hope in the future you will not try to change something just because you don't understand it yet. This game is out for 25 years and people have tens of thousands of hours in this game and it is by far the best and most famous eSport competitive shooter for a reason.
And here in community they will say its for balance
But that is very old reason
Befor valve reduce the power of CT guns many times in CSGO
If we used same their logic to say its for balance right now
If T take the site then planted the bomb and start defend so its GG CT have no chance (by their excuse balance) because its easier to defend
But developers start all this when they start mess with CT guns M4A4 and M4A1
No one complain about guns in CS1.6 and CSS
This was one of the many reasons people didn't care for competitve CSS
Yup, everyone kept playing 1.6 for eSport/competitive. Also m4's got changed because there are two m4's and they both have to get balanced. It has no connection to the ak. And removing the one shot headshot possibility from the ak would SERIOUSLY KILL THE GAME. Not only would it completely ruin the balancing and main playstyles but it would also mentally ruin the game because getting a nice one tap with the ak or deagle are things which make the player base happy - amd the playstyle is attractive.
Of course new player like OP who are not even close to understand this will try to change this.
Honestly I dok't like posts like OP's. Look, self awareness is extremely important. If I gave no clue about something I would not bother anyone with my bad ideas. I like starcraft a lot and have like 2500 hours in the game and I would NEVER come up with balancing ideas because my self awareness tells me that I have no clue what I'm talking about.
What OP could do instead is create threads where he asks for help sp he understands it and maybe gets better so he can handle enemies with ak's better. But we also see rant thread about awp, p90 and autosniper daily. So many should rethink how they approach things in the game.
