Sticker bug, different sticker placement for other players

Recently, I bought a Five-SeveN Pattern 177. I put a blue sticker on the front of the gun to cover a gold spot. However, on my friend's account, the sticker appears in the middle of the gun. Why is this happening?

I also noticed that on my gun is the nametag but not when he holds the weapon, is it because the weapon is tradelocked?

Its not a bug its the new setting in the latest big update where you have to enabled customized items in CS2 game settings :D i guess its because some people got offended by the handy sticker crafts some people have done so its by default to not to show customized locations
