How to fix Fatal Error: Failed to initialize the steamworks SDK. No SteamClient021.

I can't go in and display this error since yesterday. I have tried restarting the computer, restarting steam, re-logging in steam, re-downloading and installing CSgo2, all have not worked. Has anyone found a useful solution?
