HORRIBLE ELO SYSTEM IN PREMIER AND FACEIT!!!!!!!

why do i get punished if my teammates play bad? why you take my hard earned elo when some players decide to sabotage the game? i can play as good as i want, if one guy decides to stay afk or to troll we lose the game and i lose my elo, even though i tried my best. what is there to fight for when you realize midgame, that there are players who dont want to play, why should i even finish when you are not rating my individual performance but only if the team wins or loses? please valve and faceit, rate the individual performance so we can give our best even if players are trolling. dont make our elo depending on the behaviour of other players!!!!!!!!!!!!

ELO takes a while to go where it truly belongs. It fluctuates constantly, and you shouldn't be concerned about that flux. Trying to manipulate it is a good way to disappoint or frustrate yourself in the future. You might go higher and then drop, because you don't actually belong there, for example. Getting lucky or closet cheating can lead to this result. You belong where you belong and it will happen, if you let it happen, naturally. It takes time.

Just let your wins and losses come and don't think about it so much. Everyone has bad games.

Finally, if you're getting all worked up about ELO, you shouldn't be. It's a game, and only if you're literally the best are you going to make any sort of e-sport career of it. Dreaming too much is unhealthy for the mind. Stay real.

i wouldnt say that i am toxic but i get really angry when players dont give their best, not even their best, just play but they leave the server, go afk, why do i get punished for their laziness? then dont make an elo counter if it is random

its hurt that we are trying so hard but the others don't . but not everyone has the same way of thinking but with communication you guys can guide them properly. Not everyone single of us are perfect. So, if it a lose game and let it lose go for another one. your not dying if you lose one game or 2 game. I'm just giving positive feedback <3
