I think your Trust Factor is just too low.
I don't get any cheaters in my high Trust Factor games. :steamhappy:
Consider improving your Trust Factor.
If you're already in the high Trust Factor, then it's likely the enemy was just better.
If you get blatant cheaters, then it's a sign your Trust Factor might not be as good as you assume.

I've been playing warframe hella fun - I'll come back to CS2 is a year or two when we get a new map and maybe an anti cheat that works.

Are you saying that the anti cheat system is working?

think of it like this. you have encountered 3 different cheaters in the game in 3 different matches. you are absolutely sure they are cheaters. then you start saying bad things to them in the chat and you get reported. if the cheater is on your team, you kill him or make sure he doesn't win and you get reported again. naturally your trust factor will drop, right? just because your trust factor is low doesn't mean you won't encounter cheaters. yes you may encounter them less but a cheater is a cheater! this is a problem and it needs to be solved! it's not something that can be done with trust factor. we need a system like vanguard!

vanguard is no better than VAC, what reduces the amount of cheaters is not the anti-cheat, but active moderators / admins who search for cheats and test them, then report back to devs directly.

lot of smaller companies are doing this, but valve only counts money, they don't count how many cheaters their game has. why should they? they're not losing any money cuz of cheaters, it's other way around, occasionally cheaters DO get banned and then they re-buy = profit for valve.

bottom line:
no matter how good anti-cheat is, there's ALWAYS a way to bypass it and make UNDETECTABLE cheats. devs simply need to hire a team dedicated on finding undetectable cheats and sending them to devs. aka direct blacklisting.

i agree with what you said. i never, ever agree that vac is better than vanguard. vac working at user level and vanguard working at carnelian are not even comparable!
